Fall Fashion Show by Grand Blanc Women’s Club

GRAND BLANC — The members of the Grand Blanc Women's Club will model clothes from Creative Fashions of Holly Oct. 17 12:30 p.m. at the Flint Elks Club 7177 E. Maple Ave in Grand Blanc. There is a cost of $15 for the luncheon and fashion show. Everyone is invited to attend this fund raiser even if you are not a member.

Mom2Mom Sale coming

GOODRICH — It’s that time of year again for the Goodrich High School Spring Mom2Mom Sale, Nov. 3 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. There are tables available for moms to sell gently used children’s items and maternity wear. At this time, we also encourage vendors to join us who offer items or services related to children and women’s interests.

Table rental is $15 for an 8-foot table. Spaces for clothing racks are offered for $5 each. All larger items (furniture, strollers, large toys, etc.) can be placed in our large item room for $2 each. Workers help register your items, carry your items, and keep the selling area neat and secure.

Garden Club bulb sale

GRAND BLANC — Touch the Earth Garden Club of Grand Blanc will be selling Spring Flowering Bulbs at the Grand Blanc Farmer's Market on Oct. 7 and 14. The proceeds from the sale of tulip, daffodil, and other unique bulbs help fund projects in several Grand Blanc community gardens.

Touch the Earth Garden Club is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers who maintain gardens around the City Hall/Heritage Museum buildings, the Memorial Clock Garden on Saginaw Street, and the Center Point Garden, located at the intersection of Center Road and Saginaw Street.

The club meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Grand Blanc Historical Museum, 203 East Grand Blanc Rd. Details: Call 810-694-5197. — G.G.

New Life Christian offers coming events

GRAND BLANC — New Life Christian Fellowship in Grand Blanc, 2237 E. Reid Rd., has many events coming up. Here is a list and brief description:
