Bobcats prepare for divisional meet

GRAND BLANC — The Grand Blanc boys’ swim team traveled to Midland Dow on Tuesday and ended up on the wrong side of a 95-85 decision.

Leading the Bobcats was Brent Davis with a first-place showing in the diving competition with 114.7 points. Michael Latimer won the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:01.12 and the 400 freestyle relay team of Ryan Scannell, Evan Berger, Nick Sivosky and Daniel Sullivan took first in 3:33.60.

Grand Blanc wil participate in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association Divisional Meet on Feb. 17 and 18 and the Conference pre-lims and finals are on Feb. 24-25.
