Word of Life Club to meet

GRAND BLANC — The World of Life Club of First Baptist Church of Grand Blanc, G-6106 S. Saginaw St., meets Wednesday evenings, 6- 7:30 p.m. for preschool through grade six. Ottawa Hills association to hold annual meeting

GRAND BLANC — The Ottawa Hills Residents Association will hold its annual meeting Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. at the Berean Baptist Church, 6705 Rustic Ridge Trail. At this meeting the association will elect three members to the board of directors and also vote on proposed amendments to the by-laws. Time Bank forum held every Tuesday

Garden Club to plant flower beds

GRAND BLANC — Touch the Earth Garden Club of Grand Blanc sponsors a public garden including planting beds for young children in Rust Park off Center Road in Grand Blanc.

Do you have a Scout troop, a church class, a family with children looking for a summer project? Are you interested in “digging in the dirt” and learning about gardening? Touch the Earth Garden Club sponsors 10 children’s gardening beds available for adoption. You may choose to grow flowers, veggies or both. The Garden Club will provide plants and assistance on planting day. Groups will agree to care for their garden throughout the summer.

Women2Women Michigan seeking vendors

FLINT — Interested in getting your business in front of thousands of women? Get on board with Women2Women Michigan for their “No Boys Allowed” Women’s Event.
